Kent grew up in Laguna Beach and built a career in institutional finance, executive leadership and global advisory work. After decades in complex financial environments he came home to coastal Orange County to apply that experience to real estate.
He advises buyers, sellers and investors on decisions where negotiation, structure, timing and capital preservation matter as much as price. His view is that deal structure often matters more than the number on the contract.
