What this site is for

This site is provided for information. It explains a privately offered program so that you and your advisors can decide whether it deserves a closer look. Using the site does not make you a client of anyone.

In these terms, “we” means the principals who offer the program, Kent Chesley and Paul Finestone.

No offer or commitment to lend or insure

Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment or an approval to make a loan, to issue an insurance policy or to finance premiums. We are not a lender, a bank or an insurer.

Loans are made by third-party lenders, policies are issued by third-party insurance carriers, and premium financing is provided by third-party banks. Each acts on its own approval and in its own documents. Only those documents bind them, and only those documents bind you.

Any rate shown on this site is a stated assumption used to make a comparison. It is not a quote.

Illustrations

The comparison, the calculator, the stories and any personal brief prepared for you are illustrations produced from assumptions, some of which you can change. Projected policy cash and death benefits are not guaranteed.

An illustration can be wrong for your case, and it leaves out the costs listed in the disclosures. Do not make a financial decision on an illustration alone.

No advice

Nothing here is tax, legal, accounting, insurance or investment advice. Take any proposal to your own CPA and attorney before you act on it.

What you send us

Give accurate information, and only your own or what you are permitted to share. Do not send medical details, account numbers or Social Security numbers through this site. How we handle what you send is described in the privacy notice.

When you give a phone number and your consent, Kent Chesley may call, text or email you about your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling him.

Intellectual property

The text, design, calculators, charts, photographs and film on this site, and the name The Family Office Mortgage, belong to us or to those who license them to us.

You may read, print and share pages for your own use and with your advisors. You may not republish them, sell them or present them as your own.

Links to other sites

Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for what you find there.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, or from a decision made in reliance on it rather than on the contracts and the professional advice for your own case. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
